**PMC Congregation Event: Our next Congregation event will be a congregation-wide Spiritual Discernment meeting to be held on Saturday, May 12 from 9:30am to Noon. We will be providing summaries of the Congregational Timeline, Congregational Discovery Report (summary of congregation internal interviews), and a general Church R eport which will summarize how our church fits within the community God has placed us in. The goal of this event will be for us to brainstorm and discern together what God might be calling our church to be and to do in relation to God’s mission in our community. The entire congregation is invited and child care will be provided.

There are a number of reasons to be hopeful concerning this Communal Discernment event. It is a wonderful opportunity for every person in the congregation to have a say in what our future will be. It is a chance to reflect on our past and listen for the voice of God in our reflection. It also offers us the privilege of coming together in the service of God and his kingdom. For these reasons – and – more – we hope to see all of you here on May 12^th .**
